Main Requirements

Main Applicant

  • Should have above 18 years old.
  • Applicants need to spend minimum 5 days In the next 5 years in A&B after getting naturalization certificate.
  • Adults applicants should swear an oath or affirmation of allegiance in Antigua and Barbuda during the next 2 years of getting naturalization certificate or make it in a consular office or embassy of A&B in your country.

Dependents

  • Main applicant wife/husband, Parents over 58 years old and children up to 28 years old as well grandparents are allowed to apply.
  • All dependents has to provide evidence of maintenance and dependency on the main applicant (it is possible to include other dependents of the main applicant as siblings, other wifes under demonstration of evidence of dependency,
  • All decision is under discretion of Citizenship Investigation Unit in Antigua and Barbuda).
